The Executive Assistant contributes to AHF’s mission by projecting and integrating the mission and core values of the organization. Supports the CFO with monitoring daily calendar while maintaining heavy schedules of meetings and coordinates space or zoom/Team call as needed. Schedules travel and administrative tasks. Generates support materials for the Finance Department such as Powerpoint presentations, charts, and graphic materials as assigned. Engages with the leadership of the Finance team to ensure that the department is operating efficiently. Coordinates with other departments and business leaders.
The Executive Assistant has the ability to manage multiple projects, and effectively communicate, articulate to and collaborate with the Finance leadership team while supporting the CFO.
